CYP is a professional tax strategist and small business support firm. Our firm is staffed with Enrolled Agents (EAs). An EA is a federally licensed tax professional and is authorized by the Federal Government to represent taxpayers before all levels of the Internal Revenue Service. The State of California also accepts the EA as a professional tax designation.
Only legally authorized professionals are allowed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, such as Enrolled Agents, Certified Public Accountants and Attorneys.

Phillip Glenn has over 25 years experience in the accounting and financial arena. Fifteen of these years were in the position of Controller or higher. His experiences range from start-ups companies to turning around companies that need more structure to succeed. He has worked with and for companies that have annual sales volume exceeding $79 million to companies that are just beginning. He has worked in the following industries: distribution, manufacturing, non-profits, construction and retail.
